Please note this cutter is NOT designed for use with film shot with a “Personal” model View-Master camera. I have made several perfect reels with this cutter. Works perfectly every time. Even the clear, flexible plastic “chutes” are present. Cosmetically in Good to Very Good condition, not perfect, with only minor signs of typical aging and normal gentle use. No evidence of corrosion. No odors of any kind. Comes with photocopies of instructions for the “Personal” film cutter, which clearly explain how to make your own View-Master reels from processed 35mm reversal film.
