This is the JOBO CPE 4050 processing machine for prints and (sheet) film. It features a motor to rotate the developing drums and a water bath with heater to keep the chemicals in the drums at a constatnt temperature. It has a built in heater with a temperature range from 20 to 45 degrees C. The heater is activated once it is connected to mains power and is controlled with the temperature selecting knob on the front. The motor has two modes (speeds), which are controlled with the two switches on the front. Mode 1 is for film processing (the motor will run at 5 Volt) and mode 2 is for print processing (the motor will run at 9 Volt). It will fit the JOBO rotary drums from the 4000 series (with a magnet on the bottom), but converted inversion tanks from the 1200, 1300, 2100, 2300 and 2400 series are also compatible with this processor. The white support wheels can be relocated closer to the magnet when using small tanks. The processing machine has been cleaned and fully tested. The heating element works well – it heats the water up quickly and keeps constant once the selected temperature is reached. The plastic housing is in very good cosmetic condition (inside and outside) with only minimal signs of wear from use and age (superficial scratches and marks). It sits nice and stable, especially when filled with water. The motor runs well in both modes and the direction switch right behind it is in good working condition.
